An overview on Lean manufacturing was done at Oasis Hotel in Pampanga with participants coming from the Bituin Group of Companies. The overview had provided a brief introduction to principles of Lean Manufacturing and included provocative class discussion and hands-on simulations. The highlight of the overview is the comprehensive, interactive simulation intended to show first-hand the effects of Lean related principles in comparison to traditional manufacturing processes.
